Cyndy Oliver joined Health Policy Source, Inc. in 2024 and serves as a Senior Health Policy Analyst. With a background in education and community activism, Cyndy brings a distinct set of experiences to HPS and our clients.
Ms. Oliver holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from George Mason University, and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Marymount University.
Gayle’s health care background is an extensive mix of government and private sector experience. She spent several years on Capitol Hill where she worked in both the House and the Senate focusing her time on health care legislation.
Later she moved to The Concord Coalition where she worked with the media, Members of Congress, and related organizations to educate the pubic on the federal budget and deficit. In particular, she delved into the relationship of Medicare and Social Security with the federal budget.
Matt DoBias joined Health Policy Source, Inc. in 2017 and serves as a Senior Health Policy Analyst. In this role he supports efforts to ensure that HPS clients continue to receive the guidance, strategy and advocacy they need to navigate the changing healthcare landscape.
Kathy Severs joined Health Policy Source, Inc. in 2009. She provides administrative and office management support to the entire HPS team.
Before relocating to the Washington DC area, Ms. Severs worked in varying administrative and event planning capacities within the Southern California commercial real estate industry.
Originally from New York City, Ms. Severs is a graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School.
Keith Snider joined Health Policy Source, Inc. in 2005 and serves as the Health Policy Director. He provides client management and policy support on a variety of issues in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. In this position, Mr. Snider concentrates on monitoring legislative and regulatory activity, crafting policy memorandums and issue briefs, and providing legislative and regulatory analysis, as well as client advocacy services.
Dan Boston, a Capitol Hill veteran, is President and CEO of Health Policy Source, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he was Senior Public Policy Advisor with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz's Washington Public Policy Group, where he founded the firm’s federal health policy practice, recruiting and servicing a diverse base of clients.
